2. Services

Aurivaro provides guided meditation sessions, mindfulness coaching, and wellness workshops (collectively, “Services”). Details of each Service are available on aurivaro.com.

3. Info Products

We offer digital resources such as e-books, online courses, and audio programs (collectively, “Info Products”). Access is granted upon purchase.

4. Goods

Physical items such as yoga mats, wellness kits, and other merchandise are provided as “Goods.” All Goods are shipped to the address you provide at purchase.

5. Purchases and Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through secure third-party providers. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued back to the original method within 14 business days after approval.

5.1. Services Refund Policy

Services may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice via our contact form. If you provide such notice, your session may be transferred to a new date at no extra charge. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance or do not attend, no refund will be granted due to preparatory work and reserved staffing.

5.2. Info Products Refund Policy

You may request a refund for Info Products within 7 days of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. To request a refund, submit a request via our contact form with order details.

5.3. Goods Refund Policy

Unused Goods may be sent back within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Goods must be in original condition and packaging. Please contact us via our contact form to obtain a return authorization. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect, in which case we will cover shipping.

6. Deferral and Transfer

For Services, rescheduling is offered with the conditions stated above. Info Products and Goods do not offer deferral since access or dispatch occurs immediately upon purchase.

7. No-Refund Services

Certain Services such as single-access workshops or events that involve third-party venue booking are non-refundable once confirmed. This is due to fixed costs and limited capacity.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on aurivaro.com. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of such updates.
